I found this site that is promoting a free report and found that they will pay you $1 for each referral and another $0.50 for everyone that signs up under your referral.
The offer is time limited and expired on October 9, 2007 and it is really very easy money if you have a list of people to send it to or a blog or a website.
No sign up fees, it is free all the way. Just give away your referral link and ask people download the report (if they read it is optional of course, there is really nothing in the report that is necessary to read to earn the commission)
